Jane Scott, Vice President, Asset Management

The Vice President of Asset Management has overall responsibility for the entire project
including operations, management, leasing, marketing, financial analysis, management of
leasing brokers and accounting of the project. All of the USBT building management
report to the Asset Manager.

Jerwin Quiambao, Chief Engineer

The Chief Engineer has overall responsibility for the maintenance and repairs of the building systems and equipment in the project. This would include HVAC equipment, energy management and fire life safety equipment as well as tenant service requests.

Megan Davis, Building Services Director

The Building Services Director is your "Building Ambassador." The BSD is responsible for assuring the Tenant's experience is pleasant while working at the U.S. Bank Tower. Some responsibilities include: greeting tenants and guests upon entry to the building, managing building amenities (including fitness center membership) and organizing tenant events. The Building Services Director is also the editor of the monthly USBT newsletter.

John Brown, Security Director

The Security Director has overall responsibility for security systems and security procedures for the Building. Responsibilities include supervision of onsite security officers, managing tenant and vendor access through Workspeed and issuance of all keys and security access cards.

Teresa Becker, Property Adminstrator

The Asset Manager and Facilities Manager are supported by the Property Administrator. Some responsibilities include: accounts payable and receivables, insurance, vendor contract preparation and other related tasks.
